It occurred to me after spending some time in and around Halifax (a waterfront city) Life is all about water. 🙂

In real estate property values increase substantially due to their proximity to WATER.

Wars and castles are build to protect the lands and where they surround WATER.

Communities have been built as part of our heritage because of their proximity to WATER to ship goods.

In real estate….

When my buyers look at country properties they are always concerned with the quality of the drinking WATER.

Looking at older homes the concern becomes the penetration through the roof or other structures from WATER.

Everything seems to revolve around WATER.

Water can be your best friend, or your worst nightmare when it comes to buying and selling a home.

Consider WATER. How close is it, how far is it, how good is it, how much is it, and is it a problem?
