Ottawa Market Update Royal LePage Regional Report

OTTAWA, January 9, 2014–Ottawa saw modest growth in year-over-year fourth quarter prices for standard two-storey homes and detached bungalows while seeing a slight decrease in standard condominium prices according to the Royal LePage House Price Survey and Market Survey Forecast released today. The average price for standard two-storey homes increased 2.2 per cent year-over-year to $397,667 detached bungalows increased 2.4 per cent to $395,167.
