Ayn was born and raised in the small Northern Ontario community of Elliot Lake. After graduating from secondary school, and having always had a keen interest in business, she decided to take Business Administration at Cambrian College in Sudbury and then Algonquin College in Ottawa. While studying for a diploma, she worked part-time for a small real estate office in Ottawa, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Ayn decided then that real estate was definitely her choice of profession.
Ayn began her real estate career when she took a position as an Administrative Assistant to a very successful husband and wife real estate team. Since that time, Ayn has worked in a rural areas of south of Ottawa as well as in the city core. Ayn went on to work as a Senior Branch Administrator with Royal LePage Team Realty in one of the 9 branches. In addition to her administrative duties, Ayn was also appointed as a Training and Social Media Coordinator for Royal LePage Team Realty. These positions gave her valuable experience in dealing with other realtors, and she realized the importance of the efficiency and professionalism required to be a successful agent.
Outside of work, her past volunteer activities have included working at the Ottawa Bluesfest as the Area Leader for the Green Team, Treasurer of Ottawa Parents & Children Unite, and as Street Representative Coordinator for the Riverside South Community Association. Presently she runs 2 business networking groups (Ottawa’s Connecting Women and Real Estate Business Network). She actively organizes clothing swaps and sits on her sons parent council at school. Being a mom, Ayn realizes the importance of getting involved in the community and enjoy giving back to these volunteer organizations. As a fully licensed REALTOR®, you will find her to be reliable, professional and thorough.
